01Our approach

Start with an honest assessment, get a plan built around what you actually need, and have progress measured until it’s working.

No hype. No gimmicks. No unnecessary complexity. Serious training, done properly, with a coach paying attention to every rep.

  1. Principle01

    Results you can measure

Every block of training has a target — a number, a skill, a change you can see. If it can’t be measured, we don’t call it progress.

  2. Principle02

    Fundamentals first

Squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, sprint. The basics, coached with precision, outperform novelty every time.

  3. Principle03

    Built for one person

Your history, schedule, injuries and goals shape the program. Nobody else’s template, nobody else’s pace.

  4. Principle04

    Assessed. Tracked. Adjusted.

We test, log every session, and review on a fixed cycle. What works stays. What doesn’t gets changed.

02How coaching works

More than being handed a workout.

A program is only as good as the coaching behind it. Here’s what that looks like week to week.

Book a consultation
  1. Assess

    01

Movement screen, training history, baseline strength and conditioning, and a straight conversation about your goals and constraints.

  2. Plan

    02

A program written for you — exercise selection, loading and volume set from your assessment, not pulled from a library.

  3. Coach

    03

In-person sessions where technique is taught, corrected and progressed. Every set has a purpose and you’ll know what it is.

  4. Track

    04

Loads, reps, bodyweight, measurements and how you’re feeling — logged every session so progress is visible, not assumed.

  5. Adjust

    05

Scheduled reviews every four weeks. We look at the data, keep what’s working, and change what isn’t.

Practical. Authentic. Strong.

Landon has spent years under the bar across strength, hypertrophy and athletic development — not locked into one style, but grounded in what consistently works.
